积极心理学视角下部队心理医师培训教学模式探索

摘要: 积极心理学视角下部队心理医师培训教学模式探索具有重要意义。鉴于部队职能特殊、官兵心理特质鲜明,部队心理健康服务对增强官兵幸福感、培育积极心理品质与提升心理韧性至关重要。通过加强积极心理学与部队心理医师培训课程融合,优化课程教学效果,构建积极导向的培训教学体系,不仅有助于促进官兵心理健康水平提升,还可能切实提高部队心理培训课程教学实效,推动官兵积极心理品质养成,为部队心理健康服务提供理论支撑与实践路径。
Abstract: Exploring the training and teaching mode for military psychologists from the perspective of positive psychology is of great significance. Given the special functions of the military and the distinct psychological characteristics of officers and soldiers, mental health services in the military are crucial for enhancing their happiness, cultivating positive psychological qualities, and improving psychological resilience. By strengthening the integration of positive psychology with the training curriculum for military psychologists, optimizing the teaching effects of the courses, and constructing a positive-oriented training and teaching system, it not only helps promote the improvement of officers’ and soldiers’ mental health levels, but also may effectively enhances the teaching effectiveness of military psychological training courses and facilitates the cultivation of their positive psychological qualities, providing theoretical support and practical approaches for mental health services in the military.
