摘要: 目的：探讨强化预防管理对医院感染发生率控制中的应用效果。方法：采用回顾性方法将2023年01月~2024年12月作为研究时间，2023年01月~2023年12月收治的300例患者为对照组，予以常规感染管理；2024年01月~2024年12月收治的300例患者为观察组，予以强化预防管理，对比预防效果。结果：观察组较对照组，医院感染发生率相对较低(P < 0.05)；观察组预后恢复效果显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 采用强化预防管理可有效降低医院感染发生率，从而提高医院环境卫生质量，有利于疾病控制和恢复。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of strengthening prevention management in controlling the incidence of hospital infections. Method: A retrospective study was conducted from January 2023 to December 2024, with 300 patients admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 as the control group and receiving routine infection management; 300 patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group, and strengthened prevention management was implemented to compare the prevention effects. The observation group had a relatively lower incidence of hospital infections compared to the control group (P < 0.05); The prognostic recovery effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening preventive management can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infections, thereby improving the quality of hospital environmental hygiene and facilitating disease control and recovery.
