Preoperative Tumor Markers and Blood Routine Parameters for the Prognosis Prediction Model after Breast Cancer Surgery
Abstract: This review aims to comprehensively explore the current application status and research progress of preoperative tumor markers and blood routine parameters in the prognosis prediction model of breast cancer. Through a systematic review of relevant literature, the relationship between common tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 15-3 (CA15-3), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2), etc., as well as blood routine parameters such as the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), etc. was analyzed in detail with the prognosis of breast cancer, and summarized the characteristics, advantages and limitations of the prognosis prediction model constructed based on these parameters. Meanwhile, the future research directions were prospected, with the expectation of providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the precise prognosis assessment of breast cancer.
