TBL教学模式结合数字化互动教学在住院医师显微外科培训中的应用

Application of TBL Teaching Model Combined with Digital Interactive Teaching in Resident Microsurgery Training

摘要: 目前显微外科技术培训是住院医师的临床教学重点之一，且如何提高住院医师的显微外科技术是临床教师所面临的重要问题之一。本文通过对传统的显微外科技术教学模式的改革，即提出在以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning, TBL)教学模式中引入数字化显微镜，通过合理设计教学案例，利用数字化显微镜开展小组协作学习，可有效促进住院医师对显微外科技术的理解与掌握，培养其团队协作能力和临床思维。本研究期望为显微外科技术教学提供新的思路和方法，推动住院医师显微外科技术培训水平的提升。

Abstract: Currently, microsurgical skills training is one of the key clinical teaching priorities for residents, and how to improve residents’ microsurgical skills is one of the most important issues facing clinical teachers. In this paper, through the reform of the traditional teaching mode of microsurgical techniques, i.e., the introduction of digital microscope in the teaching mode of team-based learning (team-based learning, TBL), through the rational design of teaching cases, and the use of digital microscope to carry out collaborative learning in small groups, it can effectively promote residents’ understanding and mastery of microsurgical techniques, and cultivate their ability of teamwork and clinical thinking. This study is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the teaching of microsurgical techniques and to promote the improvement of residents’ microsurgical technique training.
