摘要: 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种常见的儿童神经发育障碍,盐酸哌甲酯作为治疗ADHD的一线药物,有多种剂型。本文综述国内外不同剂型盐酸哌甲酯治疗ADHD的研究现状,包括其药理作用、临床疗效、安全性、药物经济学以及患者依从性等方面,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。
Abstract: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder in children, and methylphenidate hydrochloride, as a first-line drug for treating ADHD, has multiple formulations. This article reviews the current research status of different formulations of methylphenidate hydrochloride in the treatment of ADHD at home and abroad, including its pharmacological effects, clinical efficacy, safety, pharmacoeconomics, and patient compliance, in order to provide reference for rational drug use in clinical practice.
