浅谈针灸治疗面神经炎的机制及研究进展

A Brief Analysis of Mechanism and Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Facial Neuritis

摘要: 面神经炎又称贝尔麻痹或周围性面瘫，是茎乳孔内面神经的非化脓性炎症导致的急性周围性面瘫，临床以面肌瘫痪、口眼歪斜为主要特征，在神经系统疾病中患病率居第六位。而针灸作为传统医学的重要组成部分，在此病的治疗中发挥了重要作用。现代研究表明，针灸可通过调节神经的兴奋性与传导功能，促进面神经的修复与再生，进而改善面部肌肉运动和感觉功能。同时，针灸调节局部血液循环，增加病变部位的血液灌注，修复受损神经，加快炎症的吸收与消退。近年来，众多临床研究表明，针灸单独应用或与中药、西药、康复治疗等联合使用，均取得了显著的疗效。传统针刺、电针、温针等不同的针灸方法在治疗效果上各有特点。现就近年来针灸治疗面神经炎的研究进展予以综述。

Abstract: Facial neuritis, also known as Bell’s palsy or peripheral facial paralysis, is an acute peripheral facial paralysis caused by non-suppurative inflammation of the facial nerve in the stylomastoid foramen. Clinically, it is characterized by facial muscle paralysis and mouth-eye deviation, and ranks sixth in the incidence of neurological diseases. As an important part of traditional medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion has played an important role in the treatment of this disease. Modern research has shown that acupuncture and moxibustion can promote facial nerve repair and regeneration by regulating nerve excitability and conduction function, thereby improving facial muscle movement and sensory function. At the same time, acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate the local blood circulation, increase the blood perfusion of the lesion, repair the damaged nerve, and accelerate the absorption and regression of inflammation. In recent years, many clinical studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion alone or in combination with traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, rehabilitation treatment, etc., has achieved remarkable results. Traditional acupuncture, electroacupuncture, warm needling and other acupuncture methods have their own characteristics in terms of therapeutic effects. This article reviews the research progress of acupuncture treatment for facial neuritis in recent years.
