摘要: 本文深入探讨职校美育与思政教育的共融研究。通过分析思政教育的内涵，结合职校铸魂育人的目标与任务，阐述两者融合的重要意义。从思政教育、美育教育、校园文化建设、社会实践活动、师资队伍建设等方面提出融合路径，旨在提升职校育人质量，培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技术技能人才，为职业教育发展和文化传承创新提供理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract: This paper deeply explores the research on the integration of aesthetic education and ideological and political education in vocational colleges. By analyzing the connotation of ideological and political education and combining the goals and tasks of cultivating morality and educating people in vocational colleges, the important significance of the integration of the two is expounded. Integration paths are proposed from the aspects of ideological and political education, aesthetic education, campus culture construction, social practice activities, and teaching staff construction, aiming to improve the quality of education in vocational colleges, cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics, and labor, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of vocational education and cultural inheritance and innovation.
