虚拟教研室建设中的教学档案信息化建设思考与分析

Reflections and Analysis on the Informatization of Teaching Archives in the Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Offices

摘要: 虚拟教研室的出现是在高等教育高质量发展背景下，现代信息技术与基层教研组织交叉融合的产物。在档案信息化与数智化建设视角下，不论虚拟教研室未来发展如何，其教学档案信息化建设都能为其建设发展起到知识传承、资源整合与共享支持教学评价、提高教学质量的作用。为此，本文分析了虚拟教研室教学档案管理中存在的问题，并提出了虚拟教研室教学档案管理信息化建设工作流程、教学档案信息化制度建设以及教学档案信息化平台建设思路。

Abstract: The emergence of virtual teaching and research offices is the product of the cross-integration of modern information technology and grassroots teaching and research organizations in the context of high-quality development of higher education. From the perspective of archive informatization and digital construction, no matter how the virtual teaching and research room develops in the future, its teaching archive informatization construction can play a role in knowledge inheritance, resource integration and sharing, support teaching evaluation, and improve teaching quality. To this end, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of teaching archives in virtual teaching and research rooms, and proposes the work flow of virtual teaching and research room teaching archive management informatization, the construction of teaching archive infor- matization system, and the construction of teaching archive informatization platform.
