健脾调肝整脊推拿治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Spleen-Strengthening, Liver-Regulating, Chiropractic Massage in the Treatment of Children with Tic Disorders

摘要: 儿童抽动障碍是一种儿童神经系统方面的疾病，其主要临床表现以多种运动和发声性抽动为特征，如挤眉弄眼、张口吐舌、探颈、耸肩、清喉咙、口吐脏话。本病的发病率逐年上升，对患儿的生长发育、心理健康和家庭社会生活带来巨大的困扰。本文从推拿的角度分析儿童抽动障碍的发病机制，通过真实的临床案例记录健脾调肝整脊推拿治疗儿童抽动障碍的疗效，为儿童抽动障碍的治疗提供多样有效的治疗方案。

Abstract: Tic disorder in children is a disease related to the childhood nervous system. Its main clinical manifestations are characterized by various motor and vocal tics, such as winking, opening the mouth and sticking out the tongue, probing the neck, shrugging the shoulders, clearing the throat, and swearing. The incidence of this disease is increasing year by year, causing great distress to the growth and development, mental health and family and social life of the children patients. This article analyzes the pathogenesis of tic disorders in children from the perspective of massage. Through real clinical cases, it records the therapeutic effect of spleen-strengthening, liver-regulating and chiropractic massage in the treatment of tic disorders in children, providing diverse and effective treatment plans for the treatment of tic disorders in children.
