基于OBE理念的《班主任管理》课程的教学改革研究
Research on Teaching Reform of “Class Teacher Management” Course Based on OBE Concept
摘要: 本论文围绕基于OBE (成果导向教育)理念的《班主任管理》课程教学改革展开研究。通过深度解读OBE理念与思政教育的融合逻辑,系统分析当前课程教学现状,结合试点实证研究,从教学目标、内容、方法、评价等维度提出改革措施。同时引入创新性教学手段,旨在提升课程教学质量,培养德才兼备的新时代班主任人才,为教育事业发展提供理论与实践支持。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the teaching reform of the “Class Teacher Management” course based on the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept. By deeply interpreting the integration logic of the OBE concept and ideological and political education, systematically analyzing the current teaching status of the course, and combining pilot empirical research, this paper proposes reform measures from the dimensions of teaching objectives, content, methods, and evaluation. Meanwhile, innovative teaching methods are introduced to improve the teaching quality of the course, cultivate new-era class teacher talents with both professional competence and moral integrity, and provide theoretical and practical support for the development of education.
