电商平台经济中数字劳动权益保障与剩余价值合理分配策略

Strategies for Ensuring Digital Labor Rights and the Rational Distribution of Surplus Value in the E-Commerce Platform Economy

摘要: 随着电商平台经济的快速发展，数字劳动者的权益保障和利益分配问题日益突出。本文从数字劳动者权益保障的必要性与现状问题入手，探讨了电商平台经济中剩余价值的分配机制，提出了相应的权益保障策略和利益分配优化方案。研究表明，应从完善法律法规、加强政府监管、优化平台规则、建立多方协商机制等方面入手，规范电商平台经济秩序，维护数字劳动者合法权益，实现剩余价值的合理分配，促进电商行业健康持续发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the e-commerce platform economy, the protection of digital laborers’ rights and interests as well as the allocation of benefits have become increasingly prominent issues. Starting from the necessity and current problems of protecting digital laborers’ rights, this paper explores the surplus-value distribution mechanism in the e-commerce platform economy and proposes corresponding rights-protection strategies and benefit-allocation optimization schemes. The study shows that it is necessary to regulate the order of the e-commerce platform economy, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of digital laborers, and achieve reasonable surplus-value distribution by improving laws and regulations, strengthening government supervision, optimizing platform rules, and establishing multi-party consultation mechanisms, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the e-commerce industry.
