网络营销的现实困境与突破:个性化与数据化浪潮下的实践审视
The Realistic Dilemmas and Breakthroughs in Digital Marketing: A Practical Examination under the Wave of Personalization and Datafication
摘要: 在数字技术深度重塑商业生态的背景下,网络营销已从传统商品推销模式演变为融合技术逻辑与社会关系的复杂生态系统。本文以哲学思辨与伦理审视为主线,探讨网络营销在技术赋能下的范式变革及其引发的伦理困境。网络营销通过数据驱动与用户画像构建新型营销范式,依托“镜像效应”塑造用户身份认同,却在算法推荐与可见性机制中引发数据隐私侵犯、用户自由意志消解等伦理危机。具体而言,数据采集的隐蔽性与算法过滤机制导致用户陷入“信息茧房”,个性化推荐通过技术异化削弱消费自主性,而“镜像效应”催生的表演性互动则加剧了身份表达的趋同化。数字化营销的伦理突围需平衡技术效率与人文价值,通过强化企业主体责任、激活用户主体意识,推动网络营销从“技术导向”向“价值理性”转型,最终实现商业发展与社会伦理的共生共荣。
Abstract: In the context of digital technology profoundly reshaping the commercial ecosystem, online marketing has evolved from traditional commodity promotion into a complex ecosystem integrating technological logic and social relations. Centering on philosophical reflection and ethical scrutiny, this paper explores the paradigm shifts enabled by technology in online marketing and their resulting ethical dilemmas. While data-driven strategies and user profiling construct novel marketing paradigms that shape identity through the “mirroring effect,” algorithmic recommendations and visibility mechanisms trigger ethical crises such as data privacy violations and the erosion of free will. Specifically, the opacity of data collection and algorithmic filtering traps users in “information cocoons,” personalized recommendations weaken consumer autonomy through technological alienation, and performative interactions fueled by the mirroring effect intensify identity homogenization. Ethical breakthroughs in digital marketing require balancing technical efficiency with humanistic values. By strengthening corporate accountability and activating user agency, online marketing can transition from “technological frenzy” to “value rationality,” ultimately achieving symbiotic prosperity between commercial development and social ethics.
