当今闲暇时间中人的异化现象及应对策略

The Alienation Phenomenon of People in Today’s Leisure Time and the Coping Strategies

摘要: 现代科学技术的发展和劳动生产率的提高，给人们享有更多休闲方式和闲暇时间提供了可能。闲暇时间作为人们生活工作之外的一个自由空间，在当今社会越来越得到人们的重视和渴望。文章从现实的社会发展背景出发，探讨了闲暇时间对于人真正的意义，以及面临的现实挑战；接着分析了在闲暇时间里人面临物质追求的异化、社会关系的异化和精神追求的异化三种现象，以及这些异化现象对个体心理和社会环境产生的不良影响；最后，在此基础上提出可能的应对策略：倡导科学健康的生活方式、加强现实的人际交往活动和积极追求精神世界的成长，以期帮助人们守护闲暇时光，扬弃技术和工具理性，发展作为人的能力。

Abstract: The development of modern science and technology and the improvement of labor productivity have made it possible for people to enjoy more leisure activities and leisure time. Leisure time, as a free space outside people’s life and work, is increasingly valued and desired by people in today’s society. Starting from the background of the current social development, this article explores the true significance of leisure time for people and the practical challenges they face. Then, three phenomena that people face in their leisure time, namely the alienation of material pursuit, the alienation of social relations and the alienation of spiritual pursuit, were analyzed, as well as the adverse effects of these alienation phenomena on individual psychology and the social environment; Finally, on this basis, possible coping strategies are proposed: advocating a scientific and healthy lifestyle, strengthening real interpersonal communication activities and actively pursuing the growth of the spiritual world, in the hope of helping people protect their leisure time, abandon technology and instrumental rationality, and develop human capabilities.
