面向工业机器人智能装配高精度视觉引导系统研究
Research on High-precision Vision Guidance System for Intelligent Assembly of Industrial Robots
摘要: 本研究针对工业机器人在智能装配领域面临的精度与效率难题,设计并开发了一套高精度视觉引导系统。通过深入研究视觉感知、图像处理、机器人运动控制等关键技术,优化系统架构与算法,实现对装配目标的精准识别与定位,有效提升工业机器人装配的精度与效率。实验结果表明,该系统在复杂工业场景下能稳定运行,装配精度误差控制在极小范围内,为工业智能装配技术的发展提供了重要参考。
Abstract: This study addresses the precision and efficiency challenges faced by industrial robots in the field of intelligent assembly, and designs and develops a high-precision visual guidance system. By conducting in-depth research on key technologies such as visual perception, image processing, and robot motion control, optimizing system architecture and algorithms, precise recognition and positioning of assembly targets can be achieved, effectively improving the accuracy and efficiency of industrial robot assembly. The experimental results show that the system can operate stably in complex industrial scenarios, with assembly accuracy errors controlled within a very small range, providing important references for the development of industrial intelligent assembly technology.
