基于现代学徒制的高职院校中医护理人才培养探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of TCM Nursing-Professionals Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Modern Apprenticeship

摘要: 为探索现代学徒制背景下校院深度融合的中医护理人才培养的新路径，我校与重庆市中医院等25家中医院成立“重庆市中医护理教育联盟”，签订具有现代学徒制特征的中医护理人才共管共育协议，共建“中医护理班”。解决了中医护理人才稀缺及传统护理教育与中医临床工作脱节的问题，探索出高职高专护理人才专门化培养的路径保障。
Abstract: In order to explore the new path of TCM nursing-professionals under the background of modern apprenticeship, our school has established “Chongqing TCM Nursing Education Alliance” with 25 TCM hospitals, including Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, signed an agreement of co-management and joint education of TCM nursing-professionals with the characteristics of modern apprenticeship, and jointly build “TCM nursing class”. It solves the problem of the scarcity of TCM nursing talents and the disconnection between traditional nursing education and the clinical work of TCM, and explores the path guarantee of the specialized training of nursing-professionals in higher vocational colleges.
