基于RMP理论的池州市旅游产品创新发展研究

摘要: 近些年来，池州旅游业不断发展，但其产品单一，旅游产品与当地特有文化资源融合不深，目前以旅游观光为主，游客重游率也不高，需要对旅游业潜力深度挖掘。本文利用RMP分析法来分析当下池州产品、资源和市场三个方面，从而进一步来推进池州旅游业和经济的发展。研究发现，目前池州相关旅游服务配套设施不完善，大大增加旅游的不便利，并且旅游特色产品研发不够，知名度不高，无法吸引游客和留住游客，应该完善当地的旅游基础设施，积极融入长三角旅游圈，并且强化旅游营销，打响池州旅游品牌，形成自己的旅游特色。

Abstract: In recent years, Chizhou tourism industry has been developing continuously, but its products are single, tourism products and local unique cultural resources are not deeply integrated, the current tourism is mainly based on tourism, tourists repeat rate is not high, need to tap the depth of tourism potential. In this paper, RMP analysis method to analyze the current Chizhou products, resources and markets, so as to further promote the development of tourism and economy in Chizhou. The study found that the current Chizhou related tourism services facilities are not perfect, greatly increasing the inconvenience of tourism, and tourism product research and development is not enough, visibility is not high, unable to attract tourists and retain tourists, should improve the local tourism infrastructure, actively integrate into the Yangtze River Delta tourism circle, and strengthen tourism marketing, Chizhou began to form its own tourism brand.
