数智赋能双创人才培养:现实挑战、作用机理与革新路径
Empowering the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents with Digital Intelligence: Realistic Challenges, Mechanisms of Action and Innovative Paths
摘要: 本论文聚焦数字经济时代双创人才培养议题,系统剖析传统培养模式在数智时代面临的现实挑战,深入探究数智技术赋能双创人才培养的作用机理,构建涵盖培养理念、模式、环境与保障体系的系统性革新路径,并通过典型案例对比分析总结实践经验。研究表明,数智技术为双创人才培养带来新机遇,但需通过系统性革新应对挑战,实现教育供给与产业需求的精准对接,培养适应数字经济发展的高素质双创人才。
Abstract: This thesis focuses on the issue of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in the era of digital economy. It systematically analyzes the realistic challenges faced by traditional cultivation models in the era of digital intelligence, deeply explores the mechanisms of action by which digital intelligence technologies empower the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, constructs a systematic innovative path covering cultivation concepts, models, environments and guarantee systems, and summarizes practical experiences through comparative analysis of typical cases. The research shows that digital intelligence technologies bring new opportunities for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, but it is necessary to respond to challenges through systematic innovation, achieve precise matching between educational supply and industrial demand, and cultivate high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents that are adaptable to the development of the digital economy.
