摘要: 臀上皮神经卡压综合征，常引发腰臀腿痛，是临床常见疾病。中医骨伤科的“骨正筋柔”理论为诊治筋骨疾病提供了重要指导。本文基于该理论，深入探究臀上皮神经卡压综合征的发病机理，并强调骨盆整复在治疗中的关键作用，旨在为预防和治疗此病提供新的见解和方法，以期为患者带来更有效的治疗思路。

Abstract: Superior cluneal nerve entrapment, which often causes pain in the waist, hips and legs, is a common clinical disease. The theory of “solid skeleton and pliable tendons” in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of TCM provides important guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases. Based on this theory, this article deeply explores the pathogenesis of superior cluneal nerve entrapment and emphasizes the key role of pelvic reconstructive surgery in treatment, aiming to provide new insights and methods for the prevention and treatment of this disease, in order to bring more effective treatment ideas to patients.
