数字经济时代中国电商人才能力结构的现实嬗变与发展路径
The Practical Transformation and Development Path of China’s E-Commerce Talent Capability Structure in the Digital Economy Era
摘要: 数字经济时代加速了我国电子商务行业及其人才能力结构的深刻转型。本文通过梳理国内外电商人才能力结构的理论演进,指出传统“知识技能型”模式已难以满足数据驱动、平台治理与社会责任等多元能力需求。基于能力本位、产教融合等理论,结合我国数字经济实践,提出以“数据驱动–跨界整合–平台治理–社会责任”为核心的能力结构创新路径。研究发现,当前电商人才培养存在标准分散、产教协同不足、创新与国际化能力短板等问题。为此,要完善能力标准、深化产教融合、强化创新与社会责任教育等建议,为我国电商高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract: The era of the digital economy has accelerated the profound transformation of China’s e-commerce industry and its talent competency structure. By reviewing the theoretical evolution of e-commerce talent competency frameworks both domestically and internationally, this paper points out that the traditional “knowledge and skills-based” model can no longer meet the diverse requirements for data-driven capabilities, platform governance, and social responsibility. Drawing on theories such as competency-based education and industry-education integration, and in light of China’s digital economy practices, this study proposes an innovative competency structure centered on “data-driven, cross-disciplinary integration, platform governance, and social responsibility”. The research finds that current e-commerce talent cultivation faces issues such as fragmented standards, insufficient industry-education collaboration, and shortcomings in innovation and internationalization. Therefore, it is recommended to improve competency standards, deepen industry-education integration, and strengthen education in innovation and social responsibility, thereby providing theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of China’s e-commerce sector.
