数字化时代高职院校三教改革的现实路径探析

摘要: 在数字化浪潮以磅礴之势席卷全球的时代,数字技术如汹涌浪潮般深度重塑着产业格局与经济形态,新兴产业如雨后春笋般崛起,传统产业加速数字化转型,对高素质技术技能人才的需求结构与能力要求发生了翻天覆地的变化。高职院校作为培养技术技能人才的主阵地,其人才培养模式与教育质量面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。2019年2月国务院颁发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,第一次明确提出了教师、教材、教法,即“三教”改革任务。在此背景下,“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革成为高职院校顺应时代潮流、实现可持续发展的关键抉择。它不仅是破解当前职业教育与产业需求脱节难题的良方,更是推动职业教育内涵式发展、提升人才培养质量的核心驱动力。聚焦高职院校“三教”改革这一核心议题展开探讨,恰逢其时且意义深远,旨在为高职院校在数字化时代的改革发展探寻可行路径,引发对职业教育改革方向的深度思辨。
Abstract: In the era where the digital wave is sweeping across the globe with great momentum, digital technology is deeply reshaping the industrial pattern and economic form like a surging wave. Emerging industries are emerging like mushrooms after rain, while traditional industries are accelerating their digital transformation. The demand structure and ability requirements for high-quality technical and skilled talents have undergone earth shaking changes. As the main battlefield for cultivating technical and skilled talents, vocational colleges face unprecedented challenges and opportunities in terms of talent cultivation mode and educational quality. In February 2019, the State Council issued the “Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform”, which for the first time clearly stated the task of reforming teachers, textbooks, and teaching methods, namely the “three educations”. In this context, the reform of the “three educations” (teachers, textbooks, and teaching methods) has become a key choice for vocational colleges to adapt to the trend of the times and achieve sustainable development. It is not only a good solution to the problem of the disconnection between vocational education and industry demand, but also a core driving force for promoting the connotative development of vocational education and improving the quality of talent cultivation. Focusing on the core issue of “three educations” reform in vocational colleges, this discussion is timely and of profound significance, aiming to explore feasible paths for the reform and development of vocational colleges in the digital age, and trigger in-depth thinking on the direction of vocational education reform.
