课程思政融入体育教育提升学生心理健康素养的策略研究

摘要: 通过文献梳理、案例分析、问卷调查,将体育课程思政融入体育教育有助于学生心理意识、情绪、意志和社会适应力等心理健康素养提升的要点,归纳出体育课程有利于学生释放情绪、增强信心、磨练意志、适应社会的优点,提出体育课程思政存在着体育教师认识不足、缺乏系统设计、割裂了体育与课程教学等现实问题,认为体育课程本身就蕴含着丰富的教育资源,是最适合体育课程思想政治教育的切入点,有助于通过价值引领、润物无声、实践养成提高学生心理意识、情绪、意志和抗挫能力。因此,提出优化课程设计、注重师资队伍培训建设、完善课程评估和教学评价、构建校地一体的育人支持体系等对策,为体育课程立德润物、提升学生心理健康素养提供方向。研究结论为加强中等职业院校在体育课中推进体育课程思政教学,促进学生心理健康的发展,有一定的借鉴意义,未来研究应深化“动中育心”机制探讨、拓展跨类型实证追踪、细化策略操作指南、并充实文献支撑。
Abstract: Using literature review, case study and questionnaire, this paper explains the core dimensions of mental health literacy, and demonstrates the unique role of physical education in regulating emotions, building confidence and promoting social adaptation. The role and strategy of integrating curriculum-based ideological education with physical education to enhance mental health literacy is discussed. The results show that physical education is a valuable educational resource that can be used to promote psychological cognition, emotional regulation, and resistance to psychological stress. But there are also some problems in the current implementation, such as the teachers’ misunderstanding, the lack of system, and the gap between the ideological content and the technical teaching. The research provides a theoretical foundation for the moral development of physical education in the field of vocational education and higher education. Then, it also presents practical strategies, including reorganizing the teaching system, enhancing teacher quality, and setting up an evaluation system, so as to achieve the goal of physical education for the comprehensive development of students. Future research should focus on the mechanism of “educating mind through movement”, expand longitudinal empirical studies across diverse settings, refine operational guidelines for strategies, and strengthen the literature base.
