摘要: 读后续写是一种能综合反映学生英语综合能力的新题型，对于培养学生的英语学科核心素养具有不可替代的作用。基于此，文章结合核心素养背景下高中英语读后续写的内涵及重要性与高中英语读后续写教学现状，探究了核心素养背景下的高中英语读后续写的教学策略，旨在提高读后续写的教学质量，促进学生核心素养的发展。

Abstract: The continuation writing is a new type of question that can comprehensively reflect students’ comprehensive English abilities and has an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ core literacy in English. Based on this, this article, in combination with the connotation and importance of senior high school English continuation writing under the background of core literacy and the current situation of senior high school English continuation writing teaching, explores the teaching strategies of senior high school English continuation writing under the background of core literacy, aiming to improve the teaching quality of continuation writing and promote the development of students’ core literacy.
