数字化赋能高校物理化学实验师资队伍建设探究

An Exploration on the Construction of Physical Chemistry Experiment Teaching Staff in Colleges and Universities Empowered by Digitalization

摘要: 随着数字化技术的不断发展和持续进步，高等教育实践教学体系也产生了诸多变革，基于当前物理化学实验实践教学中师资队伍建设存在的一系列问题，本文从教师培养体系、教师角色定位及数字化素养等多个维度提出了相应的解决策略，探索建构一支适合信息化社会发展的师资队伍，对于物理化学实验教学及专业支撑具有重要的意义。

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of digital technology, the practical teaching system of higher education has also undergone many changes. Based on a series of problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff in the current practical physical chemistry experiments, this paper proposes corresponding solutions from multiple dimensions such as the teacher training system, the role positioning of teachers, and digital literacy. Exploring and constructing a teaching staff suitable for the development of the information society is of great significance for the experimental teaching of physical chemistry and professional support.
