Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of Textile and Clothing Industry in Jiujiang City Empowered by New Quality Productivity

摘要: 本文以九江市纺织服装产业为例探究新质生产力对其转型升级的赋能路径。九江市属于江西传统工业基地，纺织服装产业是该市的优势产业。近年来，九江市努力探索新质生产力赋能产业转型升级，效果初显。文章首先分析了新质生产力的内涵和特征；分析九江市纺织服装产业发展现状与存在问题，如存在技术创新力不够，转型数字化意识不强，产业融合差，环保压力大，政策不给力等；其次，剖析新质生产力赋能产业转型升级的作用机制；最后，分别从技术创新、数字技术、产业融合、绿色发展、政策支持等维度，对赋能路径予以具体分析论述。

Abstract: This article takes the textile and clothing industry in Jiujiang City as an example to explore the empowering path of new quality productivity for its transformation and upgrading. Jiujiang City belongs to the traditional industrial base of Jiangxi Province, and the textile and clothing industry is its advantageous industry. In recent years, Jiujiang City has made efforts to explore new quality productivity to empower industrial transformation and upgrading, and the results have begun to show. The article first analyzes the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity; Analyze the development status and existing problems of Jiujiang’s textile and clothing industry, such as insufficient technological innovation, weak sense of transformation and digitalization, poor industrial integration, high environmental pressure, and weak policies; Secondly, analyze the mechanism by which new quality productivity empowers industrial transformation and upgrading; Finally, specific analysis and discussion will be conducted on the empowerment path from the dimensions of technological innovation, digital technology, industrial integration, green development, and policy support.
