新医科背景下数字化头影测量技术在口腔正畸实践教学中的应用

摘要: 目的:探索数字化头影测量技术在口腔正畸实验教学中应用的可行性和教学效果。方法:在山东大学口腔医院2020级口腔医学专业本科生中,利用Uceph数字化头影测量软件进行定点训练和头影测量实验教学,每位学生同期进行传统和数字化头影描绘和测量,回收实验报告及调查问卷,评估数字化头影测量在口腔正畸实验教学中的教学质量及满意度,比较传统和数字化实验教学的教学效果和质量。结果:学生对数字化方法的评价普遍高于传统教学方法,79.07%的学生认为本次数字化头影测量教学很好,应该多开展;88.37%的学生表示将在以后的头影测量描记过程中尽可能使用数字化技术;专家组老师对实验报告进行统计评分,数字化测量的实验报告评分高于传统测量方法,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.001)。结论:数字化软件在头影测量实验教学中取得很好的教学效果和学生满意度,软件中的定点训练功能能更好地指导学生定点,值得进一步完善及推广,我们在以后教学中将进一步改革和完善现有口腔正畸实验教学手段。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the feasibility and teaching effectiveness of digital cephalometric measurement technology in orthodontic experimental teaching. Method: Among undergraduate students majoring in dentistry at Shandong University Stomatological Hospital in 2020, Uceph digital cephalometric measurement software was used for fixed-point training and cephalometric measurement experimental teaching. Each student underwent traditional and digital cephalometric depiction and measurement at the same time, and experimental reports and survey questionnaires were collected to evaluate the teaching quality and satisfaction of digital cephalometric measurement in orthodontic experimental teaching. The teaching effectiveness and quality of traditional and digital experimental teaching were compared. Result: Students generally have higher evaluations of digital methods than traditional teaching methods. 79.07% of students believe that this digital cephalometric measurement teaching is very good and should be carried out more; 88.37% of students stated that they will use digital technology as much as possible in their future cephalometric recording process; the expert group teacher conducted statistical scoring on the experimental report, and the digital measurement experimental report scored higher than the traditional measurement method, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Digital software has achieved good teaching results and student satisfaction in the experimental teaching of cephalometric measurement. The fixed-point training function in the software can better guide students to locate points, which is worthy of further improvement and promotion. We will further reform and improve the existing orthodontic experimental teaching methods in future teaching.
