提升油料装备课程实践教学能力的几点思考
Some Thoughts on Enhancing the Practical Teaching Ability of Oil Equipment Courses
摘要: 本文基于基层调研和教学实践,聚焦专业实践教学现实问题,结合实操实践类课程教学目标,提出“精神引领–任务驱动–虚实结合–岗课融通”四位一体的教学能力提升方法。即通过构建课程思政案例库,挖掘油料岗位忠诚担当、精细高效等思政元素进行思想引领,同时构建基于任务驱动的多元化教学链条,开发多元化教学资源,并融合职业教育的“岗课赛证”评价机制,综合提升学员岗位任职能力,以此为油料人才培养提供新思路。
Abstract: Based on grass-roots research and teaching practice, this paper focuses on the reality of professional practice teaching, combines the teaching objectives of practical courses, and puts forward the four-in-one teaching ability enhancement method, namely, “Spiritual Leadership - Task-Driven - Combination of Real and Imaginary - Integration of Posts and Courses”. That is to say, through the construction of the course of ideological and political case library, mining oil post loyalty and dedication, fine and efficient and other ideological elements for thought leadership, at the same time to build a diversified task-driven teaching chain based on the development of diversified teaching resources. This approach also incorporates the “Post Course Competition Certification” evaluation mechanism of vocational education to holistically enhance trainees’ job competency, thereby providing innovative frameworks for cultivating talent in the petroleum industry.
