家校协同育人的探索与思考
An Exploration and Reflection on Family-School Collaborative Education
摘要: 在新时代教育现代化背景下,家庭教育与学校教育的协同育人逐渐成为提升教育质量、促进学生全面发展的关键路径。本文旨在探讨构建科学、高效的家校协同育人机制,以回应当前教育实践中的现实需求与政策导向。在研究方法上,文章通过文献梳理与政策分析,从家庭教育与学校教育合作的必要条件、协作的价值基础,以及家校合作联系渠道的构建路径三个维度进行系统阐述。研究结果表明,推动家校协同育人需要家庭与学校在责任认同、育人目标、沟通机制等方面达成共识,并通过制度化、常态化的沟通平台和多元参与机制实现高效协同。结论指出,家校协同育人不是教育资源的简单叠加,而是理念融合与实践互动的深度协作过程,是构建育人共同体、推动学生健康成长和教育提质扩优的重要手段。
Abstract: Under the background of educational modernization in the new era, the collaborative education of family and school has gradually become a key path to improve educational quality and promote the all-round development of students. This article aims to explore the construction of a scientific and efficient mechanism for collaborative education between family and school to respond to the practical needs and policy orientations in current educational practices. In terms of research methods, the article systematically elaborates on three dimensions: the necessary conditions for cooperation between family and school education, the value basis of collaboration, and the construction path of the connection channels between family and school through literature review and policy analysis. The research results show that promoting collaborative education between family and school requires consensus between family and school in terms of responsibility recognition, educational goals, and communication mechanisms, and can be achieved through institutionalized and regular communication platforms and multi-participation mechanisms for efficient collaboration. The conclusion points out that collaborative education between family and school is not a simple superposition of educational resources, but a deep collaboration process of concept integration and practical interaction, which is an important means to build an educational community, promote the healthy growth of students, and improve the quality and expand the scale of education.
