摘要: 在班主任专业成长中,教育家精神体现在坚守教育理念和育人目标的同时,不断适应时代变化、创新教育教学方法。本文以教育家精神的深厚内涵为指引,围绕“求索、思变、超越”三个维度,深入探讨新时代班主任的成长路径。以教育理论与实践的融合为视角,剖析班主任在教学实践中,通过持续学习与反思,不断探索教育规律的求索过程;基于时代发展与学生需求变化,突破传统教育思维与模式,实现教育理念与方法革新的思变历程;以及超越自我局限、追求教育理想,达成专业素养提升与教育价值升华的超越境界。文章旨在探究班主任成长的内在逻辑,为班主任专业发展提供理论参考与实践指引,助力成长为兼具教育情怀与创新能力的新时代班主任。
Abstract: In the professional growth of class advisors, the spirit of an educator is reflected in adhering to educational philosophies and educational goals while continuously adapting to changes in the times and innovating educational teaching methods. Guided by the profound connotation of the spirit of an educator, this article delves into the growth path of class advisors in the new era, focusing on three dimensions: “seeking, contemplating change, and transcending.” From the perspective of the integration of educational theory and practice, it analyzes the process of class advisors continuously exploring educational laws through continuous learning and reflection in teaching practice; based on the development of the times and changes in student demands, it explores the process of breaking through traditional educational thinking and models to achieve innovation in educational philosophies and methods; and it transcends self-limitations, pursues educational ideals, and achieves professional improvement and sublimation of educational values. The article aims to explore the inherent logic of class advisors’ growth, provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the professional development of class advisors, and assist in their growth into class advisors of the new era who possess both educational sentiment and innovation ability.
