青年符号消费的暗流涌动:危机与化解的艺术
The Undercurrent of Youth Symbolic Consumption: The Crisis and the Art of Resolving It
摘要: 符号消费作为消费社会的必然产物,对拉动社会经济的增长起到了重要作用。从理论推演来看,符号消费的逻辑结构可以概括为:符号生产–媒体传播–消费认同,先通过生产赋予商品以符号意义,再经由互联网平台等新媒体广泛传播,最后主体在消费过程中确立自我认同。对于世界观尚未健全、心智不够成熟的青年群体而言,符号消费引发了新时代异化难题与青年狂热的符号追求,威胁到青年群体的身心健康。对此,应当从强化价值导向层面和增强青年综合素养方面来引导青年跨越符号消费,重塑合理的消费观。
Abstract: Symbolic consumption, as an inevitable product of the consumer society, plays an important role in pulling the growth of social economy. From the point of view of theoretical deduction, the logical structure of symbolic consumption can be summarized as follows: symbolic production-media dissemination-consumption identity, which firstly endows commodities with symbolic meanings through production, and then widely disseminates them through new media such as Internet platforms, and finally the subject establishes self-identity in the process of consumption. For young people whose worldview is not yet sound and whose minds are not mature enough, symbol consumption has triggered the problem of alienation in the new era and the frenzied pursuit of symbols by young people, which threatens the physical and mental health of young people. In this regard, the youth should be guided to cross the symbolic consumption and reshape the reasonable consumption concept by strengthening the value-oriented level and enhancing the comprehensive quality of the youth.
