应用型高校《职业生涯发展与就业指导》课程教学改革与创新思考
The Teaching Reform and Innovative Thinking of “Career Development and Employment Guidance” Course in Application-Oriented Universities
摘要: 高校毕业生就业结构性矛盾日益突出,《职业生涯发展与就业指导》课程作为连接专业教育与职业实践的关键桥梁,其教学模式滞后于应用型人才培养需求的问题亟待解决。《职业生涯发展与就业指导》课程教学存在三个问题:教学内容重理论轻实践,偏重知识灌输而忽视真实职业情境的融入;教学方式以单向知识传递为主,学生主体性缺失,导致学习内驱力不足;评价体系单一,过度依赖终结性考核,缺乏对职业能力发展过程的动态追踪。针对上述问题,本文提出系统性改革方案:重构“三维目标导向”的实践知识体系,创新“双螺旋”内容整合策略,推行“三明治”教学模式,建立“三维立体”评价机制。通过本文的研究希望能对应用型高校《职业生涯发展与就业指导》课程教学改革提供一个可借鉴的思路。
Abstract: As a key bridge connecting professional education and career practice, the teaching mode of “Career Development and Employment Guidance” course lags behind the needs of applied talents training, which needs to be solved urgently. There are three problems in the teaching of Career Development and Employment Guidance course. The teaching content emphasizes theory over practice, emphasizes knowledge infusion and ignores the integration of real professional situations. The teaching method is mainly based on one-way knowledge transfer, and the lack of students’ subjectivity leads to the lack of learning motivation. The evaluation system is single, over-reliance on summative assessment, and lack of dynamic tracking of the development process of vocational ability. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes a systematic reform plan. Reconstruct the “three-dimensional goal-oriented” practical knowledge system, innovate the “double helix” content integration strategy, implement the “sandwich” teaching mode, and establish the “three-dimensional” evaluation mechanism. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide a reference for the teaching reform of “career development and employment guidance” course in applied universities.
