英语专业本科生写作焦虑的量化与质性研究
A Quantitative and Qualitative Study on Writing Anxiety among English Major Undergraduates
摘要: 本文以情感过滤假说和弗洛伊德焦虑理论为基础,对英语专业本科生的写作焦虑问题展开量化与质性研究。问卷调查和数据分析发现,身体焦虑、认知焦虑、策略焦虑和回避行为都是写作焦虑的诱因,其中身体焦虑尤为突出。针对这些问题,本文提出了针对每项焦虑的干预措施,旨在帮助学生提升写作能力,为英语写作教学提供实践参考。
Abstract: Based on the Affective Filter Hypothesis and Freud’s Anxiety Theory, this paper conducts a quantitative and qualitative study on writing anxiety among English major undergraduates. Questionnaire surveys and data analysis reveal that somatic anxiety, cognitive anxiety, strategic anxiety, and avoidance behavior are all contributing factors to writing anxiety, with somatic anxiety being particularly prominent. In response to these issues, this study proposes targeted interventions for each type of anxiety, aiming to help students improve their writing proficiency and provide practical references for English writing instruction.
