电子商务视角下在线教育透视
Insights into Online Education from the Perspective of E-Commerce
摘要: 本文从电子商务视角出发,系统探讨了在线教育的转型路径、商业模式创新及其面临的挑战与应对策略。研究显示,电子商务通过基础设施赋能、运营模式赋能和技术协同赋能,显著提升了在线教育的商业化效率和智能化水平。在此基础上,平台型与混合型商业模式创新,推动了教育服务的规模化与个性化发展。然而,电商化进程也加剧了数字鸿沟、资源同质化、教师角色异化、教学质量评价扭曲及数据隐私风险等结构性矛盾。针对这些问题,本文提出多维度协同治理框架:通过普惠性数字基建与内容供给侧改革保障资源公平;以教师赋能和第三方质量认证平衡商业与教育目标;构建“法律规制–技术创新–行业自律–用户赋权”的隐私保护体系。本研究尝试为在线教育在效率与公平、创新与伦理之间的平衡提供初步的理论思考和实践探索,希望能为相关领域的可持续发展提供一定的参考和启示。
Abstract: From the perspective of e-commerce, this paper systematically discusses the transformation path of online education, business model innovation, and the challenges and coping strategies it faces. The study shows that e-commerce has significantly improved the commercialization efficiency and intelligence level of online education through infrastructure empowerment, operation mode empowerment and technology synergy empowerment. On this basis, platform-type and hybrid business model innovation has promoted the scale and personalization of education services. However, the e-commerce process has also exacerbated structural contradictions such as digital divide, homogenization of resources, alienation of teachers’ roles, distortion of teaching quality evaluation and data privacy risks. To address these issues, this paper proposes a multi-dimensional collaborative governance framework: guaranteeing resource equity through inclusive digital infrastructure and content supply-side reform; balancing commercial and educational goals with teacher empowerment and third-party quality certification; and constructing a privacy protection system based on “legal regulation-technological innovation-industry self-regulation-user empowerment”. This study attempts to provide preliminary theoretical reflections and practical explorations on the balance between efficiency and fairness, innovation and ethics in online education, and hopes to provide certain references and inspirations for the sustainable development of related fields.
