智慧校园背景下高校教学秘书队伍建设的困境与对策
Dilemmas and Countermeasures in the Construction of Teaching Secretary Teams in Universities under the Background of Smart Campus
摘要: 教学秘书是高校教务管理队伍中的重要成员之一,其发展仍然面临着稳定性与专业性不足等诸多挑战。在智慧校园的发展浪潮下,教学秘书不仅需要处理传统的事务性工作,同时还需具备更强的信息化处理能力。但现实情况却是教学秘书技术能力弱、工作晋升难度大、奖励落实难、容易患上职业倦怠,这些因素都阻碍了他们的成长,也间接地导致了人员流失率高,队伍难以稳定。教学秘书队伍的专业化建设是提升高校教学质量与治理能力的关键,高校管理部门可以通过增加专业技能培训,优化考核奖励政策,建立老带新机制等方式缓解这种困境,逐步提升队伍专业性和稳定性,实现智慧校园发展与人才队伍建设的良性互动。
Abstract: As important members of the educational administration management team in universities, teaching secretaries still facing numerous challenges in their careers. Driven by the development of smart campuses, they not only need to handle traditional paperwork but also are required to possess stronger information technology capabilities. However, they lack sufficient professional training, have limited career promotion opportunities, face imperfect assessment mechanisms, and experience job burnout, all of which lead to a high resignation rate among secretaries. To solve this problem, administrative department of universities can arrange more technological training, optimize assessment and encouragement policies for them which could gradually increase the professional level and stability of the teaching secretary team. So, it is vital to improving the teaching quality and governance capabilities of universities if teaching secretary team is professional and steady. By optimizing the institutional innovation and technological empowerment to achieve a virtuous interaction between the development of smart campuses and the construction of a talented workforce is very essential.
