OBE-BOPPPS模式在“地质学基础”课程教学中的探索实践
Exploration and Practice of the OBE-BOPPPS Model in the Teaching of “Fundamentals of Geology”
摘要: 本研究将OBE和BOPPPS教学模型创新性地引入“地质学基础”课程,针对传统地质教学中理论与实践脱节、能力培养滞后的问题,以成果导向理念为引导,通过BOPPPS模型的六个阶段优化教学过程。以“岩石矿物的组成和结构”为案例,详细阐述了如何将这两种模型有效融合于实际教学,从学情分析到总结与课外扩展的各环节,均体现了以学生学习成果为核心的教学设计。实践结果表明,学生及格率达100%,课程目标达成度为0.87,证明了该融合模式能显著提升学生知识掌握程度与综合应用能力,为地质学专业人才培养和地学教育改革提供了新的有效路径。
Abstract: This study innovatively integrates the OBE and BOPPPS teaching models into the “Fundamentals of Geology” course. Addressing the disconnection between theory and practice and the lag in ability cultivation in traditional geological teaching, it optimizes the teaching process through the six stages of the BOPPPS model, guided by the outcome-oriented concept. Taking “Composition and Structure of Rocks and Minerals” as a case, it elaborates on how to effectively integrate these two models into actual teaching, with each stage from student analysis to summary and extension reflecting a teaching design centered on student learning outcomes. The practical results show that the pass rate of students reached 100%, and the course goal achievement rate was 0.87, demonstrating that this integrated model can significantly enhance students’ knowledge mastery and comprehensive application abilities, providing a new and effective path for the cultivation of geological professionals and the reform of geoscience education.
