教育数字化背景下中职教师数字素养培育路径研究——基于《教师数字素养》的思考

Digital Literacy Development Pathways for Secondary Vocational Teachers in Educational Digitalization—Thoughts on “Teacher Digital Literacy”

摘要: 在教育数字化转型背景下，提升中职教师数字素养已成为推动职业教育现代化发展、提升人才培养质量的关键环节。基于对《教师数字素养》国家标准的深入解读，本文系统论述了中职教师数字素养提升的必要性。通过文献研究分析发现，当前中职教师数字素养发展面临诸多困境，如缺乏数字化有待提高、数字技术与技能掌握水平不一、数字化应用范围和程度有限、数字社会责任意识薄弱以及专业发展等。针对这些问题本研究提出了系统性提升策略，以期能为中职教育事业发展提供一定参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of educational digital transformation, enhancing the digital literacy of secondary vocational school teachers has become a critical factor in advancing the modernization of vocational education and improving the quality of talent cultivation. Based on an in-depth interpretation of the national “Teacher Digital Literacy” standards, this paper systematically discusses the necessity of improving the digital literacy of secondary vocational school teachers. Through literature research and analysis, it is found that the current development of digital literacy among these teachers faces multiple challenges, such as insufficient digital awareness, varying proficiency levels in digital technologies and skills, limited scope and depth of digital application, weak awareness of digital social responsibility, and constraints on professional development. In response to these issues, this study proposes systematic enhancement strategies, aiming to provide valuable references for the development of secondary vocational education.
