摘要: 随着人工智能、大数据、物联网、区块链等新兴技术与电子商务的深度融合,电商行业迎来了新的发展机遇和变革。人工智能技术在电商领域的应用,使得智能客服、智能推荐、图像识别等功能得到广泛应用,提升了用户体验和运营效率;大数据技术则帮助电商企业更好地了解消费者的需求和行为,实现精准营销和个性化推荐;物联网技术在物流配送中的应用,实现了货物的实时追踪和智能仓储管理,提高了物流效率;区块链技术的应用则增强了电商交易的安全性和透明度,解决了信任问题。
Abstract: With the deep integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, and blockchain with e-commerce, the e-commerce industry has ushered in new development opportunities and changes. The application of artificial intelligence technology in the e-commerce field has led to the widespread use of intelligent customer service, intelligent recommendation, image recognition and other functions, improving user experience and operational efficiency; Big data technology helps e-commerce companies better understand consumers’ needs and behaviors, achieve precise marketing and personalized recommendations; The application of IoT technology in logistics and distribution has achieved real-time tracking of goods and intelligent warehouse management, improving logistics efficiency; The application of blockchain technology enhances the security and transparency of e-commerce transactions, and solves trust issues.
