低年资护士死亡应对能力的范围综述

摘要: 目的：探讨低年资护士死亡应对能力现状，分析其影响因素及干预策略。方法：采用范围综述方法，系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网等中英文数据库，检索时间为建库至2025年4月，提取并整合相关数据。结果：最终纳入11篇文献，低年资护士死亡应对能力普遍处于中低水平。个体因素、环境因素和教育因素是主要影响因素。现有干预策略以死亡教育为核心，但存在课程与实践脱节、培训碎片化等问题。结论：亟需构建多维度、本土化死亡应对能力的提升体系，未来需进一步探索干预策略，优化护理人力资源管理。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the current status of death coping competence among junior nurses, analyze influencing factors and intervention strategies. Methods: A scoping review methodology was adopted. Systematic searches were conducted in Chinese and English databases including PubMed, Web of Science, and CNKI from inception to April 2025. Relevant data were extracted and synthesized. Results: Eleven articles were ultimately included. Junior nurses generally demonstrated moderate to low levels of death coping competence. Key influencing factors included individual characteristics, environmental factors, and educational elements. Existing intervention strategies primarily focus on death education, but face challenges such as curriculum-practice disconnect and fragmented training. Conclusion: There is an urgent need to establish a multidimensional and localized system for enhancing death coping competence. Future research should further explore intervention strategies and optimize nursing human resource management.
