摘要: 心理资本是影响产后返岗护士职业适应和心理健康的关键因素。本文概述了心理资本的概念及评估工具,分析人口学因素、工作环境、及社会文化等因素对其心理资本的影响,并提出了心理韧性训练、社会支持网络构建等干预策略。研究结果为制定个性化干预措施提供理论依据,有助于提升产后返岗护士的心理健康水平和职业适应能力。
Abstract: Psychological capital is a key factor affecting the occupational adaptation and psychological health of nurses returning to work after childbirth. This paper outlines the concept of psychological capital and assessment tools, analyzes the impact of demographic factors, work environment, and socio-cultural factors on psychological capital, and proposes intervention strategies such as mental toughness training and social support network construction. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the development of individualized interventions, and help to improve the mental health and occupational adaptability of nurses returning to work after childbirth.
