一例多学科团队联合治疗乳腺癌淋巴水肿伴精神分裂患者的护理

The Nursing of a Multidisciplinary Team Combined Treatment of a Breast Cancer Lymph Edema Patient with Schizophrenia

摘要: 总结1例乳腺癌淋巴水肿患者合并精神分裂的护理经验。护理主要内容如下：通过组建多学科团队联合治疗制订方案，实施个体化的护理措施。给予综合消肿治疗：通过皮肤护理、手法淋巴引流、压力治疗和功能锻炼等综合护理，改善患者淋巴水肿症状；为缓解患者不良情绪通过中医护理选择合适的五行音乐联合隔姜灸法治疗，提高患者依从性；采用叙事护理给予患者人文关怀及心理支持等整体性护理，完善患者社会支持系统。经过上述综合措施后，患者病情逐步稳定，淋巴水肿缓解，治疗期间精神状况稳定，定期门诊规律复查。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the nursing experience in one case of a breast cancer patient with lymphedema complicated by schizophrenia. The key nursing measures were as follows: A multidisciplinary team was established to develop a joint treatment plan and implement individualized nursing interventions, with comprehensive decongestive therapy as the core. Through integrated nursing interventions including skin care, manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and functional exercise, the patient’s lymphedema symptoms were alleviated. To ease the patient’s negative emotions, traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods—specifically, appropriate five-element music combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion—were adopted to enhance treatment compliance. Narrative nursing was applied to provide humanistic care and psychological support as part of holistic nursing, while the patient’s social support system was further improved. Following these comprehensive interventions, the patient’s condition gradually stabilized, lymphedema was relieved, mental status remained stable during treatment, and regular outpatient follow-ups were maintained.
