教师学习共同体对中学英语教师专业发展的影响
The Influence of Teacher Learning Communities on the Professional Development of Secondary School English Teachers
摘要: 教师专业发展的研究兴起于20世纪60年代末的美国,兴盛于70~80年代的欧美。教师专业发展是世界各国教师教育发展的潮流,也是教育改革的重心,它使教师的工作方式由传统的孤立式发展转向合作式发展。教师学习共同体作为一种组织形式,其在重构教师教学理念、丰富教师教学智慧以及促进教师专业提升方面有显著作用。本研究就中学英语教师专业发展所面临的问题和挑战,围绕教师学习共同体及对其影响进行研究,并在理论层面深入探讨其影响机制,结合具体案例提出可操作性建议,为促进我国教师专业素养的提供借鉴。
Abstract: The study of teacher professional development emerged in the United States in the late 1960s and flourished in Europe and the United States in the 1970s and 1980s. Teacher professional development is a trend in the development of teacher education in countries around the world, and is also the center of educational reform, which makes the ways teachers work shift from traditional isolated development to cooperative development. As a form of organization, teacher learning community has a significant role in reconstructing teachers’ teaching concepts, enriching teachers’ teaching wisdom and promoting teachers’ professional improvement. This study discusses the issues and challenges with the secondary school English language teacher professional development and centers on the teacher learning community and its impact, and to explore its influence mechanism at the theoretical level, and propose practical and actionable suggestions based on specific cases, to enhance the professionalism of teachers in China.
