“00后整顿职场”现象与青年就业主观幸福感透视
Analysis of the Phenomenon of “Post-00s Rectifying the Workplace” and Young People’s Subjective Well-Being in Employment
摘要: “00后整顿职场”是近两年在互联网平台流行起来的热词,主要表现为反向背调、拒绝团建、仲裁公司、准点下班等。而这一系列行为反映了新世纪成长起来的“00后”群体有着更高的综合素质、较优渥的家庭环境,从而拥有更强的自我表达意愿;同时受网络媒体的影响,也更容易从众地“整顿职场”。这一现象也会对毕业生就业主观幸福感造成一定影响,一方面有利于提升他们的就业心理资本、另一方面对这一现象宣传过度会产生负面心理效应。对于这些问题,高校与高校思政工作者都要予以重视,同时社会也要加以辅助,帮助毕业生以良好的心态来处理择业、就业的诸多问题,以增加青年群体就业的主观幸福感。
Abstract: The term “Post-00s rectifying the workplace” has become a popular buzzword on internet platforms in recent years, mainly manifested in actions such as reverse background checks, refusal of team-building activities, arbitration against companies, and leaving work on time. This series of behaviors reflects that the “Post-00s” generation, who grew up in the new century, possess higher comprehensive qualities and more affluent family environments, giving them a stronger willingness to express themselves. Meanwhile, influenced by online media, they are more prone to conform to the trend of “rectifying the workplace” collectively. This phenomenon also has a certain impact on graduates’ subjective well-being in employment: on the one hand, it helps enhance their employment psychological capital; on the other hand, excessive publicity of this phenomenon may generate negative psychological effects. Both colleges and universities and ideological and political educators should attach importance to these issues, while society should also provide assistance to help graduates deal with various problems in career selection and employment with a positive mindset, thereby increasing the subjective well-being of young people in employment.
