中等职业学校语文教学改革的系统分析与发展路径探究
A Systematic Analysis of Chinese Language Teaching Reform in Secondary Vocational Schools and Exploration of Development Pathways
摘要: 本文立足于中等职业学校语文课程改革的现状与需求,系统梳理了课程定位与核心目标、课程内容设计与教学方法创新、评价体系改革及政策支持等关键维度,深入分析了当前师资力量不足、教材内容滞后、数字资源匮乏和学生文化基础薄弱等问题。基于政策导向和产业发展趋势,探讨了课程思政融合、人工智能技术应用、师资双元化培养及终身学习衔接的未来发展方向。研究旨在为中职语文教学改革提供理论指导与实践路径,促进课程从“学科本位”向“职业能力本位”的转变,提升职业教育质量与学生综合素质。
Abstract: This study is grounded in the current status and demands of Chinese language curriculum reform within secondary vocational schools. It systematically examines key dimensions including curriculum positioning and core objectives, course content design and teaching methodology innovation, evaluation system reform, and policy support. The paper provides an in-depth analysis of prevailing challenges such as insufficient teaching faculty, outdated teaching materials, scarcity of digital resources, and students’ weak cultural foundations. Based on policy orientations and industrial development trends, the study explores future development directions: the integration of ideological and political education (curriculum ideology and politics), the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, the dual-system cultivation of teaching faculty, and articulation with lifelong learning. The research aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical pathways for reforming Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational schools. It seeks to promote the transformation of the curriculum from an “academic-subject orientation” to a “professional-competency orientation”, thereby enhancing the quality of vocational education and improving students’ comprehensive competencies.
