摘要: 本文以2023~2024赛季CBA季后赛四强(辽宁、新疆、广东、浙江)为样本，采用文献资料、描述性统计等方法，对外援的场上位置、回合占有率、上场时间、出手次数及外援政策演变进行分析；进一步讨论外援对本土球员、俱乐部运营以及CBA整体发展的正负影响，并给出宏观性结论与建议。

Abstract: This article takes the top four teams of the 2023~2024 CBA playoffs (Liaoning, Xinjiang, Guangdong, and Zhejiang) as samples and uses methods such as literature review and descriptive statistics to analyze the positions on the court, possession rate, playing time, number of shots, and the evolution of foreign player policies of foreign players. It further discusses the positive and negative impacts of foreign players on domestic players, club operations, and the overall development of the CBA, and provides macro conclusions and suggestions.
