对称性临床前期闭孔疝1例并文献回顾

A Case Report on Symmetrical Preclinical Obturator Hernia and Literature Review

摘要: 解剖一例老年男性的人体标本时，发现极其罕见的对称性临床前期闭孔疝。本报告为闭孔疝的研究提供形态学依据。通过进一步解剖、测量并描述对称性临床前期闭孔疝，两侧闭孔疝内容物为腹膜外脂肪，形似弯曲的手指。并采用文献计量分析的方法对近10年相关文献进行梳理和总结。临床前期闭孔疝的报道有助于临床医生提高对此类疾病的认识和临床处理。文献计量分析表明，近年来国内对闭孔疝的研究对临床诊断以及腹腔镜治疗方面的关注度比较高；未来应加强对闭孔疝相关动物模型的研究。

Abstract: During the dissection of a human specimen from an elderly male, an extremely rare symmetrical preclinical obturator hernia was discovered. This report provides morphological evidence for the study of obturator hernias. Through further dissection, measurement and description of symmetrical preclinical obturator hernia, the contents of the bilateral obturator hernia are extraperitoneal fats, resembling curved fingers. And the method of bibliometric analysis was adopted to sort out and summarize the relevant literature in the past 10 years. The reports of preclinical obturator hernia are helpful for clinicians to improve their understanding and clinical management of such diseases. Bibliometric analysis indicates that in recent years, domestic research on obturator hernia has paid relatively high attention to clinical diagnosis and laparoscopic treatment. In the future, research on animal models related to obturator hernias should be strengthened.
