人工智能赋能养老服务产业的路径探索

Exploring the Pathways for Artificial Intelligence to Empower the Elderly Care Service Industry

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深，养老服务产业的供需矛盾日益凸显，传统的养老服务模式难以满足现有的养老需求。21世纪人工智能、大数据、物联网等技术的迅猛发展为养老服务产业的转型升级提供了新的机遇。本文通过系统阐释人工智能养老的内涵，分析智慧养老在大数据、可穿戴设备、养老机器人和智能家居等技术支撑下实现个性化、智能化、协同化和安全化服务的关键特征。在此基础上，剖析了我国智慧养老服务产业存在人工智能技术水平较低、缺乏统一行业标准、法律法规不完善、以及隐私泄露风险等主要问题，并探索出提升人工智能养老技术，构建健全标准体系，完善法律法规和加强隐私保护等人工智能赋能养老服务产业的优化路径，旨在提升养老服务的效率和质量，满足老年人多层次需求，为我国应对人口老龄化挑战、推动养老服务高质量发展提供坚实支撑。

Abstract: With the continuous deepening of population aging in China, the imbalance between supply and demand in the elderly care service industry has become increasingly prominent, and traditional models of elderly care are no longer able to meet current needs. The rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things in the 21st century has created new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the elderly care industry. This paper systematically elaborates on the concept of AI-powered elderly care and analyzes the key features of personalized, intelligent, collaborative, and secure services enabled by technologies such as big data, wearable devices, elder care robots, and smart home systems. On this basis, it examines the main challenges faced by China’s intelligent elderly care industry, including the relatively low level of AI technology, the lack of unified industry standards, incomplete legal and regulatory frameworks, and risks of privacy leakage. The paper further explores optimization paths for empowering elderly care services with AI, such as improving AI technologies, building a sound standards system, refining laws and regulations, and strengthening privacy protection. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and quality of elderly care services, meet the diverse needs of the elderly, and provide strong support for China in addressing the challenges of an aging society and promoting high-quality development in the elderly care service sector.
