企业数字化转型对绿色技术创新的影响——基于A股上市公司的实证研究

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Green Technological Innovation—An Empirical Study Based on A-Share Listed Companies

摘要: 数字化转型与绿色技术创新已成为嵌入国家可持续发展战略的核心命题。本文基于A股主板企业2013~2023年度数据，探究企业数字化转型对企业绿色技术创新的影响及机制路径。研究发现：第一，我国企业数字化转型总体上显著提升绿色技术创新水平，且该影响在考虑了各类稳健性检验后依旧成立。第二，企业数字化转型通过优化人力资本结构来促进绿色技术创新水平。本文有助于强化政府和企业对数字化转型的理论认识，并为企业实现绿色技术创新水平的提升提供了方法指导。

Abstract: Digital transformation and green technological innovation have emerged as a central theme embedded within China’s national sustainable development strategy. Based on panel data from A-share main board listed enterprises spanning 2013 to 2023, this study investigates the impact of corporate digital transformation on green technological innovation and its underlying mechanisms. The empirical findings reveal: First, digital transformation significantly enhances green technological innovation performance among Chinese enterprises overall, and this effect remains valid even after various robustness tests have been taken into account. Second, this positive effect operates primarily through optimizing human capital structure. This article helps to enhance the theoretical understanding of digital transformation among the government and enterprises, and provides methodological guidance for enterprises to improve their level of green technological innovation.
