数字赋能湛江市农村教育高质量发展模式研究

Research on the Mode of Digital Transformation Enabling High-Quality Development of Rural Education in Zhanjiang City

摘要: 结合湛江市农村教育发展现状，探讨如何通过数字化转型助力农村教育高质量发展，分析了该市农村教育数字化转型的赋能机制和实施路径，研究发现，数字化转型可以有效改善农村教育资源和师资短缺的问题，促进教育公平和质量提升，这一研究对于促进农村教育现代化，实现教育均衡发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: Based on the current situation of rural education development in Zhanjiang City, this paper explores how to promote the high-quality development of rural education through digital transformation, analyzes the empowerment mechanism and implementation path of the digital transformation of rural education in this city. This research finds that digital transformation can effectively improve rural educational resources and the shortage of teachers, promote educational equity and quality improvement. This research shows important significance for promoting the modernization of rural education and achieving balanced educational development.
