《大学生心理健康教育》课程思政的特点与教学设计
The Characteristics and Teaching Design of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of “Mental Health Education for College Students”
摘要: 《大学生心理健康教育》课程思政兼具心理学与思想政治教育双重属性,其特点可概括为:1) 潜隐性——通过内隐目标、流畅流程和暗示方法实现价值引导;2) 融合性——将思政元素有机嵌入课程内容、目标及教学过程;3) 系统性——整合物理环境、人际互动和精神氛围中的育人要素。该课程通过心理知识点与思政元素的深度融合,实现心理成长与道德发展的协同促进,达成知识传授与价值塑造的统一。
Abstract: The course “Mental Health Education for College Students” integrates the dual attributes of psychology and ideological and political education. Its characteristics can be summarized as follows: 1) Implicitness-achieving value guidance through implicit goals, smooth processes, and suggestive methods; 2) Integration-organically embedding ideological and political elements into the course content, objectives, and teaching process; 3) Systematicity-integrating educational elements from the physical environment, interpersonal interactions, and spiritual atmosphere. This course promotes the coordinated advancement of psychological growth and moral development through the deep integration of psychological knowledge and ideological elements, thus achieving a unity of knowledge impartation and value shaping.
