摘要: 本文介绍了神经根型颈椎病的病因及临床表现，简述了当前中西医结合阶梯化治疗的现状及其优势，分析了中西医结合治疗在疾病不同阶段的具体应用。本文回顾了神经根型颈椎病精确诊断、个体化中医辨证论治、西医药物及物理治疗的合理配合，以及多学科协作与康复的优化策略。研究指出，通过整合中西医资源，实施个体化、分阶段的治疗方案，能够有效提升疗效，减少副作用，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract: This article introduces the etiology and clinical manifestations of nerve root cervical spondylosis, briefly describes the current status and advantages of the combined step-by-step treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and analyzes the specific application of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine at different stages of the disease. This article reviews the accurate diagnosis of nerve root cervical spondylosis, individualized traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, the reasonable cooperation of Western medicine and physical therapy, and the optimization strategy of multidisciplinary collaboration and rehabilitation. The study pointed out that by integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine resources and implementing individualized and phased treatment plans, it can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce side effects, and improve the quality of life of patients.
