摘要: 目前全球的产业竞争格局正发生着深刻变革，大数据、云计算等新技术正在快速进入经济领域，不断改变企业生存发展的外部环境。企业在日常经营中积攒了大量生产、销售以及财务方面的数据，但过去这些数据常常分散在各个独立系统中，常常需要通过人工传递纸质文件，导致部门之间协作效率不高，无法满足市场快速变化的要求。同时消费者行为改变、供应链不稳定等动态因素让企业管理变得更加复杂，因此，企业必须寻找更有效的运营方式。研究主要讨论了信息化背景下推动企业经济管理进行数字化转型的策略，希望可以为企业的数字化转型提供一些有价值的参考。

Abstract: The global industrial competition landscape is undergoing profound transformations, with emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing rapidly penetrating the economic sphere, continuously altering the external environment for corporate survival and development. Enterprises accumulate vast amounts of production, sales, and financial data during daily operations. However, in the past, such data often remained scattered across isolated systems, requiring manual transfer of paper documents between departments, leading to inefficient collaboration and an inability to meet the demands of rapidly changing markets. Concurrently, dynamic factors like shifting consumer behaviors and supply chain instability have further complicated corporate management. Consequently, enterprises must seek more effective operational approaches. This study primarily explores strategies for driving the digital transformation of corporate economic management in the context of informatization, aiming to provide valuable references for enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
